I developed this website as a resource for people like me who are interested in the west side of Madison. Specifically, real estate on the west side of Madison. The site is fairly new, but the systems and processes are decades old.
I’ve been in real estate for over 12 years. Started as a young customer service rep at a large brokerage firm; building fundamentals, learning the chops. Then I seamlessly transitioned into Sales. Having already built years of experience, I progressed quickly. Within first 6 months I became a member of the President’s Club at a brokerage firm of over 1,200 agents, and later awarded ‘Rookie of the year’ for superior sales performance. Caught the attention of national media (link) and was featured as a ‘Realtor on the Rise’ by RISMedia.
The west side of Madison is experiencing an uptrend Seller’s Market. Home prices continue to rise, interest rates are still low, and housing demand remains high.
This means there are more buyers than sellers. Demand outpaces supply which drives up house prices. This is good for buyers because they can still lock in at an historically low interest rate while catching house prices on the rise. And, it’s good for sellers too because they sell fast and for top dollar.
